Please be advised there will be temporary road closures on Rosedale Avenue between Main Street and the Wharton Street/Prairie Valley Road roundabout on October 23 and 24, 2025. The closures are necessary to complete underground electrical work as part of the Wharton Street Revitalization Project.
Traffic impacts will alternate between the north and southbound lanes:
- Thursday, October 23: The southbound lane of Rosedale Avenue will be closed all day. Drivers are asked to follow the alternative routes shown in the attached map. The eastbound lane of Wharton Street (between the roundabout and Kelly Avenue) will be temporarily open to traffic.
- Friday, October 24: The northbound lane of Rosedale Avenue will be closed all day. Drivers are asked to follow the alternative routes shown on the attached map. The westbound lane of Wharton Street (between the roundabout and Kelly Avenue) will be temporarily open to traffic.
Onsite signage will be in place to direct traffic.
